Which service should I start with?
Start with the problem you want to solve. Choose websites for your online presence, communication or automation for your team’s workflow, AI for a defined information task, and GIS or ODK for mapping and field data. If you’re unsure, select “Help choosing a starting point” in your brief.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We review what you have, the people it needs to reach and the enquiries you want to receive. Your proposal sets out what to keep, improve or rebuild.
What is the difference between AI automation and agentic development?
AI automation is a good starting point for a focused task such as sorting requests or summarising documents. Agentic development suits a defined process with several steps and approved tools, delivered through a custom agent or application. We help you choose the scope that fits.
Can you help with a business name change?
Yes. Our visibility and rebranding service reviews your website and agreed listings, then plans updates around your current name and contact details. Account access and platform approvals determine which changes we can complete.
Can your websites take direct bookings?
We can build direct enquiry journeys. Live availability, confirmed bookings and payments need a suitable reservation system and are scoped separately after reviewing your setup.
Can you connect field surveys with maps?
Yes. An agreed ODK survey can collect location observations for a GIS mapping project. We define the questions, location fields, data exports and map outputs together so the two parts support the same goal.
Can an ODK survey work without internet in the field?
ODK Collect supports offline form completion on Android devices. Forms are prepared and downloaded before fieldwork; completed submissions can be uploaded when a connection is available. We confirm the devices, setup and collection workflow in your proposal.
What does a project cost?
Your written proposal sets the project fee, deliverables and timing. Optional support and third-party costs such as hosting, software, imagery or AI usage are listed separately. The final price depends on the work and integrations you choose.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the agreed files, outputs and guidance. Optional support can cover content updates, website checks, workflow improvements or assistance with your application or data setup. Scope, response expectations and fees are agreed separately.
